Policies and Procedures
I offer lessons in time slots, 30 minutes or 1 hour blocks. all lesson times include 3-5 minutes at the end of each lesson where i will approach you(the parent) in the lobby to maintain communication on your skaters growth each lesson. This keeps the need to arrange additional meetings that conflict with your busy schedule, almost nonexistent. However, feel free to ask for a meeting at any time.
I expect my clients to act respectful throughout the course of the coach/client relationship. Feel free to voice any concerns to me via email, text, or in person.It is my goal to provide an atmosphere of good sportsmanship for the skater/parent. You aren't just my client, you're my friend and I plan to treat you as such.
Billing & Missed Lessons
I bill month-by-month, with payments being due at the beginning of each month for the upcoming lessons. Cash or check are acceptable forms of payment. Any scheduled lessons need 24 hours notice upon cancellation to be credited to the next month (emergencies are on a by-case basis). Should I miss your scheduled lesson, you will receive time and 1/2 credit or a free make-up lesson, dependent on the circumstance of my absence.
